We Like To Make It Easy For You
Our team are on hand between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to assist you with any queries you may have. Outside of these hours there's always someone available to deal with those urgent requests that just cannot wait.
We Employee Only Full-Time, Professional Transcriptionists
As a company, we only recruit full-time, professional transcriptionists with a minimum of two years’ transcription experience. All of our transcriptionists are native English speakers and have vast experience in various industry sectors. Many are from a variety of geographical areas around the country and we have some multi-lingual transcriptionists. We have industry-accredited proofreaders and many more with other industry-recognised qualifications.
Our High Quality Process
As standard, all transcripts are quality control checked independently of the original transcriptionist. This ensures that we maintain our high level of accuracy in terms of spelling, grammar and interpretation. We work very closely with our clients to ensure that their requirements and expectations are fully met.
Your Data Security and Your Privacy
In June 2018 we were delighted to be awarded Cyber Essentials Accrediation in regonition of the safe and secure way in which we handle your data.
We are GDPR compliant and provide online training to the whole team to ensure they are also aware of their responsibilities as data processors.
We voluntarily subscribe to the Data Protection Act, registered number Z2116676 and have also signed the Code of Practice on Data Handling. All of our files are managed through our secure website and we do not hold client data internally beyond a six month period, unless an alternative arrangement is specifically requested by the client.
All of our transcriptionists are required to sign our Service Level Agreement, Client Confidentiality Agreement and provide evidence of their identity. Our transcription team are issued with FIPS encrypted flash drives so that the work that they undertake is not saved to PC or laptop hard drives.
We offer Continuum monitoring software to all of the transcription team. This ensures that we are compliant with regards to anti-virus and anti-malware software, as well as ensuring that all devices are running the most up to date operating systems, software and are appropriately patched.
