Our process is very simple:
1. We Make Contact and Discuss Requirements
Give us a call on 0131 510 5105 and we can start the conversation.
We’ll discuss your requirements, such as the type of transcription you require, the length of the recording, how many speakers are on the recording and a few other details. We’ll provide advice on what we think is best for your situation and we’ll let you know how much it’s going to cost.
2. We Provide You Access to Our Private Client Area
If you’re a new client, we’ll ask a few more questions so that we can set up an account for you in our private and secure client area. This is where you’ll upload recordings for us to transcribe and where you’ll be able to download the resulting documents once we’ve created them for you. This is a completely private area, for 'your eyes only', and uses industry-standard security techniques.
3. You Upload Files to Your Private, Secure Client Area
Once you have access to your private client area, you can upload the file or files you wish to have transcribed.
4. We Transcribe Your Files, Quality Control Them And Deliver Them Back
We then transcribe the files you’ve provided us, according to your requirements. We put the recording and the resulting documents through our quality management system to ensure you get only the best quality we can deliver. After, we upload the files to your private client area and let you know that they’re ready to be downloaded.
5. You Download From Your Private, Secure Client Area
You log back into your private client area and download the documents that we’ve transcribed for you.
