onto our server. Each client area is password secured and the uploads may be
downloaded whenever you choose and are kept available for as long as you need.

Do you only have a typed copy of a report that you need transfered into a Word
document? We can scan as many pages as you want and using the latest OCR software
convert the scan directly into a Word or RTF file format and email it to you! |

Tape Transcription Service
As well as digital transcription, 1st Class Secretarial Services provide a tape transcription service. Using a range of technologies we are able to transcribe

any document type in fact. We can offer our transcription service for any of the following tape types:
- Micro tapes
- Midi tapes
- Standard size (cassette) tapes

As with the digital transcription service, we can offer to upload and archive the transcribed information onto our secure client server where you may access it at any time you wish. Additionally you will have the facility to delete any of the files from the server at any time.
