You can also track the status of your transcription project from Uploaded to Complete. Contact us here now to obtain your user name and password. You can then upload your sound files in confidence.

The steps involved:

• Login and upload your sound file to our secure Client server
• We receive an email to say the file has been uploaded
• We download it and log it for transcription
• The file is allocated to a transcriptionist
• The file is transcribed and then quality control checked by our transcription manager
• The final document is uploaded to your client area on the website
• You receive an email to say the file is ready for download

You can access the website from any location, 24/7, to upload sound files and download transcripts.
